In this landmark partnership, we put back the traveller at the very centre of the travel journey. To lay the foundation of our design strategy, we conducted workshops, on-location observation sessions, and interviews with end users across the wildly diverse range of profiles. We visually transformed core journeys across digital platforms - first step towards driving intentional design deeper into every fold of the digital fabric and interaction.
